Should I call Silver Fettle Nurses for medical emergencies?
Silver Fettle offers consultations and in-home visits on a non-emergency basis. If you believe you are experiencing a medical emergency, please dial 911. If you are not sure you are experiencing a medical emergency, please call your medical provider for guidance. If you are unable to reach your medical provider you can call your Silver Fettle care manger for advice.
Can you help if my family member is in a care facility?
Yes! Part of our role includes ensuring your loved one is getting the proper care, attention and oversight necessary out of their care facility.
Do you require a minimum number of service hours?
Silver Fettle does not require a minimum number of hours to provide services. We pride ourselves on flexibility and strive to adapt and personalize our services to meet the needs of our clients.
Do your concierges provide reports after each visit?
Yes! Our care managers serve as your eyes and ears on the ground, observing emotional well-being and behavior to the same extent you would. After each visit, you or your loved one will receive a detailed report complete with a recommendation for next steps.
